OSM Partners promotes David Larkin to property partner

OSM Partners LLP has appointed David Larkin as a partner in the firm’s property department.

With over 10 years’ experience, Mr Larkin brings with him a wealth of expertise advising on all aspects of finance and real estate law, with a particular focus on property development, real estate financing, residential and commercial investment acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant matters.

He has extensive experience advising on financing property investment and development real estate transactions, and the firm said it will benefit from his considerable knowledge advising clients in public and private sectors, including developers, financial institutions, government agencies and investors.
