Man found guilty of murdering fiancée, Georgia mother of three Tiffany Foster, who vanished in 2021
07, Jul 2026After nearly two weeks in court, a Georgia jury has found Reginald Robertson guilty of murdering Tiffany Foster, a Newnan mother of three who vanished in March 2021.
Dateline featured the 35-year-old’s story in 2021. Tiffany was last seen leaving her home on March 1, reportedly heading to the grocery store. Days later, her car was found in College Park with her purse and keys inside. Tiffany's absence in class, at work, and even a planned trip to Texas left her family worried. They said that was out of character and told Dateline that Tiffany would never abandon her children.
In August 2023, the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tiffany’s fiancé, Reginald Roderick Robertson, in connection with her disappearance. He faced multiple charges, including felony and malice murder, concealing a death, rape, kidnapping, and fraud. Although Tiffany’s body has not been found, authorities at the time said evidence confirmed she is deceased.
In October 2025, Robertson’s case went to trial. According to NBC affiliate 11Alive, on October 30, just before 8 p.m., the jury came back with its verdicts, finding Robertson guilty on all 10 counts with which he was charged. Shortly after, he was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the kidnapping, rape and malice murder charges. He was sentenced to an additional 80 years in prison for the other seven counts, which included burglary, aggravated assault, concealing the death of another and fraud.

According to the Newnan Times-Herald, another man named Jeremy Walker Sr. was also on trial in connection with Tiffany’s disappearance. He was convicted of theft by taking but acquitted of concealing the death of another. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
In the “Searching for Tiffany Foster” Facebook group, there are dozens of posts and comments about the Robertson verdict. One wrote, “The amount of joy I have knowing Tiffany can finally rest and the justice she received on today is so surreal.” Another wrote, “Tiffany may you rest in peace baby.”
